I founded Power of the Narrative because I know what it means to be shaped by systems that were never built for you—and what it takes to break free from them.
As a Black, queer visionary who’s walked through trauma, silence, and survival, I was taught to shrink, to mask, and to overperform. What saved me wasn’t just resilience, it was narrative. Reclaiming my story before someone else wrote my ending gave me my life back.
Power of the Narrative exists for anyone who’s ever been gaslit by an institution, overlooked in a boardroom, or buried beneath labels like “too sensitive,” “too angry,” or “not a good fit.”
We create spaces where people can rewrite the story they were given, from students to leaders, from survivors to visionaries. Our work spans public schools, corporate teams, creative communities, and individuals ready to remember who they are.
This isn’t just coaching. It’s curriculum for the soul. It’s trauma-informed. Culturally grounded. Disruption with a purpose.
Because when people reclaim their story, they don’t just heal, they rise. And that’s the power we’re here to ignite.
